The ANN LAM. Beautifully baked choux with craquelin, filled with strawberries & cream pastry cream, topped with piped chantilly, & adorned with a multi mini heart shaped tuile.
Named after my boss and mentor @mahzedahrbakery who taught me most of what I know about baking and how to be one with the tuile.
